Professor Patrick Aebischer, President of Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), Professor Martin Vetterli, Vice President of Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, and Professor Gerhard Schmitt, Vice President of Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich(ETH Zurich) visited Tsinghua April 24.
Tsinghua President Gu Binglin had a talk with the guests, exchanging ideas on student education, joint research and cooperation.
Professor Aebischer also visited the School of Medicine, the School of Information Science and Technology, the Department of Physics, the Department of MaterialsScience and Engineering, the State Key Laboratory of Environment Simulation and Pollution Control and the Nano Center.
