The 2nd National Master of Public Administration (MPA) outstanding theses selection was announced recently. Altogether ten papers were selected from 70 papers. Two were from Tsinghua University’s School of Public Policy and Management.
The two papers are: “A Study on Trans-boundary Water Pollution Management in Major Rivers of China”by Huang Xiaohong, supervised by Hu Angang, a Professor from the School of Public Policy and Management and director of Center for China Study; and “A Survey of Grassroots NGOs Involved in China’s HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control”by Niu Caixia, supervised by Deng Guosheng, Director of the Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) Research Center in the School of Public Policy and Management.
