Dr. Sally Mason, Provost of Purdue University, visited Tsinghua on October 24. Tsinghua Vice President Cen Zhangzhi had a talk with Dr. Mason.
Provost Mason and Vice President Cen exchanged ideas on cooperation between Purdue University and Tsinghua during their talk and discussed possibilities to further promote faculty communication and exchange.
After the talk, Vice President Cen and Provost Mason signed the student exchange agreement on behalf of their respective universities.
Provost Mason earlier visited several departments including School of Economics and Management, Department of Materials Science and Engineering, Department of Construction Management, School of Journalism and Communication, Department of Computer Science and Technology, and School of Humanities and Social Sciences.
