Dr. Christian Bode, General Secretary of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), visited Tsinghua June 16.
Tsinghua Vice President Xie Weihe had a talk with Dr. Bode, giving an introduction of the Tsinghua-RWTH Aachen joint master’s degree program. The two sides also discussed future cooperation during their talk.
After the talk, Dr. Bode had a roundtable discussion with some students who participated in the Tsinghua-RWTH Aachen joint master’s degree program. DAAD has given a lot of support to the program.
The German Academic Exchange Service is one of the world's largest and most respected intermediary organisations in its field. Scores of students, teachers, researchers and scientists supported by the DAAD have been able to gain valuable experience abroad.
