Dr. Atta-Ur-Rahman, Chairman of the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC), visited Tsinghua June 13.
Tsinghua Vice President Xie Weihe had a talk with Dr. Atta-Ur-Rahman. During their talk, the two sides exchanged ideas on cooperation and international exchange.
