A show of traditional Chinese performances honoring the ancient Xuan Nan Culture was held in the main hall of the university on April 6, kicking off a month-long series of theme-related activities.
The show, called “Xuan Nan Culture in Tsinghua,” attracted more than 1,000 students and faculty. Upcoming events include lectures and exhibitions.
The 3,000-year-old Xuan Nan Culture originated in the Xuan Wu district of Beijing.
